Leaflet design for a medical conference

This tri-fold leaflet served as the sign-up form and day program for a lecture series and symposium organised by Exactech, a manufacturer of medical equipment and primary sponsor of the series, for surgeons specialising in shoulder trauma. There were no specific design requirements for the leaflet: the brief stated only that the design must be engaging and fit in an inside jacket pocket. The right-hand page was perforated so that the registration form could be detached and sent to the series organiser.
